Heather first joined MSM as an intern in 1996. After graduating from SUNY Binghamton in 1998, she became a full-time staff member. Heather’s official title may be Assistant Production Manager, but it’s her role in media that makes her so vital to many of our accounts. Along with media and production, she handles agency traffic. But ask any of the writers around here and they’ll simply say, "She’s da proof reading bomb!"
