Terry Mutzel

Creative Director/ Vice President

Cups of coffee needed to motivate: 10

Terry oversees the entire creative process at MSM with one golden rule: work hard but have fun. A graduate of the California College of Art, Terry arrived at MSM from Stites & Roeding in 1995. He treats every idea, concept, and person with respect. And every day, he encourages his troops to challenge traditional thinking and stretch their abilities. He motivates himself with coffee, but is cutting back to reduce the constant twitching.

Chuck Ingersoll

Associate Creative Director

His mantram: I worship the people Donn Selkowitz walks on.

Chuck’s media experience spans broadcasting, journalism and advertising. He served as morning show host on WCMF, co-founded FREETIME Magazine, and wrote on jazz for national magazines. In the ad world he’s copywritten at Northrup & Teel, Hutchins/Y&R and ICE Inc., and VP’d at Infantino Associates. Chuck was President, Owner and Omniscient Potentate of Ingersoll et al Communications for nine years. In 1997, he sold his business to MSM. Chuck’s goal is to use "Taking ______ Further" as a headline for every client we have.

Sherri Baker

Creative Supervisor

Role model: Little Mary Sunshine

She didn’t tell us that role model, but that is Sherri: all smiles, all the time. Strict deadlines don’t phase this incredibly sweet and talented karate brown belt. With a song in her heart, she sits down at the computer and cranks out some of the most creative design we’ve ever seen. Sherri, a Nazareth College alumnus, came to MSM from ICE Communications in 1999. She works primarily on the Bausch & Lomb and Constellation Brands accounts and teaches advertising design in the evenings as an adjunct professor at Nazareth College.

Bob Vaccarella

bvacc@masonselkowitz.com

Art Director

Best advice: never play poker with a guy named Sharky

Everyday Bob walks in the door with the real goods: good attitude, great skills, and a good lunch. Bob’s been with Team MSM since the start of 2000 and already has impacted our healthcare accounts in profound ways. A BFA graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology, Bob stays busy art directing, designing, and creating mechanicals for printers. When he isn’t working in the fast lane at MSM, you’ll find him trying to keep up with his baby, Anna Rose, and wife Julie.

Cheryl Adiutori

cheryla@masonselkowitz.com

Art Director

A true Renaissance woman

Cheryl on the Renaissance – "I would have loved to live then. Not just for the art and culture, I really love the clothes." (Yes, wouldn’t it be great if everyone walked around looking like Steve Nicks !?!?!) In the present, Cheryl is one of MSM’s most versatile designers, and loves the friendly atmosphere and respect everyone has for each other at the office. After a childhood in Buffalo, Cheryl ventured to SUNY Oswego for a BFA in Graphic Design and to enjoy hundreds of feet of (cumulative) snow. If not a designer, Cheryl would want to be a veterinarian. She says she’s most passionate about her career, family, animals and other people’s feelings. No wonder we like her so much!
